t has been a real treat to paint the beauty of the most beautiful spring in the world…

an Appalachian Spring. After almost ten years in the high Southwest desert, the sweetness of the rains, the green and all the wildlife has been a healing gift. I had to pull my car over a few times while driving these backroads in the springtime because of the sheer awe and beauty….I had to catch my breath. It has been good to be home in the familiar arms of the Blue Ridge.

It has been good to be home in the familiar arms of the Blue Ridge. I cannot paint fast enough.
