Here’s a brief summary regarding placing orders for Original Artwork and Prints on this site:

• All of the original artwork is in stock here in my studio, except for 12 paintings that are in Virginia. The unframed works on paper will be shipped flat easily within the 3-5 business days. The framed works on paper, and the stretched canvas unframed works, require thorough packing. If I do not have the right size box in stock, or access to one locally, I may have to order one online from my supplier which may delay the shipping time. Please be sure to include your contact info when you order so that I may contact you if there is a delay. Regarding the 12 paintings in Virginia, these will be shipped to me prior to being repacked and shipped to you. I will contact you if you have ordered one of these paintings so that you can expect an additional 5-7 days delivery time.
• All the Giclée prints are available on either paper of canvas. Please specify your preference at checkout( see Important Note below), or you can call the studio toll free at 888-925-4474 after you order, and leave a message with your preference if you forget this step at checkout. I will also confirm your order, and your preference. All of the canvas prints will be shipped in a tube. Small sizes on paper will be shipped flat, and the larger sizes in a tube. Our normal delivery time for prints is 1-2 weeks.
• International orders: Please send me an email with your order details and shipping address. I will email you back with the shipping cost to add to your order. You can then go straight to PayPal, send your payment to studiobliss@earthlink.net and I will process your order.
• There are NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS for the Giclée prints. Every Giclée print is a custom order specific to the image and size you desire. Therefore, take your time making your decision.
• There are NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, ONLY CREDITS for original artwork. You can return a painting, for whatever reason, for credit towards more artwork. I will not accept returns. Take your time and pick the right painting.

When ordering a giclée print, please watch for the “Special instructions to merchant” link on PayPal and use it to indicate whether you would like your print made on canvas or paper. (If you don’t specify anything, it will be printed on paper.)
